性色视频 pursues its mission utilizing the human diversity of 性色视频, the state's largest metropolitan community, and its many cultural, economic and social resources. The university faculty and professional staff are committed to the highest ideals of teaching, scholarship and public service, as the university strives to be a comprehensive, metropolitan university of national stature.

WSU is also committed to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. It remains our policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons consistent with employment qualifications and applicable laws regarding discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran or other protected status. WSU will recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job titles, and ensure that all other personnel actions are administered without regard to such protected categories. As part of the affirmative action compliance process, WSU's Office of Civil Rights, Title IX and ADA Compliance analyzes the WSU workforce each year to evaluate whether we are employing women and minorities (Hispanic/Latino, Black/African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) at the expected rates given the demographics of the qualified labor pool. To do this, regular positions (half-time or greater) are clustered into job groups, then the demographics of each job group are compared to the demographics of the qualified labor pools from which we hire for that job group. When there is a significant gap between our employment rate for women or minorities and their availability in the qualified population, the university strives to make extra efforts to recruit qualified members from the underutilized group. Each year, WSU confirms and certifies its compliance with the various federal affirmative action requirements that cover women, minorities, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
