These awards are made possible by our gracious donors,Only one application is necessary to apply for nearly all scholarships available to students in the College of Applied Studies. Undergraduate and graduate students can apply for scholarships through Scholarship Universe from November 1 until March 1 each academic year, and applications received during this period are used to select recipients for the following academic year.

Education majors enrolled full-time and who work outside the WSU campus more than
8 hours per week, have a GPA between 2.5 and 3.5, have FAFSA demonstrated financial

Norman Cash Memorial Scholarship
Enrolled in the College of Applied Studies full or part-time, any major, have at least
a 3.0 GPA, have FAFSA demonstrated financial need. This scholarship is renewable.
Thomas P. Cornthwaite Scholarship
Enrolled in the College of Applied Studies full-time, any major, have at least a 3.0
GPA, not based on financial need. This scholarship is renewable.
Nadine and Kenneth Gleason Scholarship
Enrolled in the College of Applied Studies full or part-time, any major, have at least
a 2.5 GPA, high school performance, leadership qualities, have FAFSA demonstrated

Chandler B. Hatfield Scholarship/Fellowship
Enrolled in the College of Applied Studies full-time, must be double major (DMAC)
in Secondary Education and Biology, Science, Geometry, Chemistry, or Math and Statistics,
or Physics from LAS or post baccalaureate student wishing to teach Secondary Education
and met admission requirements for the T2T program with a BA degree in one of above.
Two awards per year, have at least a 3.0 GPA, two letters of recommendation, not based

The Herb Fast & Ezra Fast Scholarship for Education was established in honor of brothers
Herb Fast and Ezra Fast. Both men were teachers before pursuing other vocations,
yet maintained their lifelong dedication to education. This scholarship is open to
African American students who graduated from a Sedgwick County, Kansas high school
and are currently education majors attending 性色视频. The award is
$500.00. Note: this scholarship is administered by the Topeka Community Foundation,
not 性色视频 or the College of Applied Studies.

groups in the chemical sciences, majoring in chemistry-related disciplines, and intending
to pursue chemistry-related careers. Selected recipients are awarded up to $5,000
per academic year.
The EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship provides funds for two years of undergraduate
study to rising junior undergraduate students majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering
and Mathematics (STEM) fields that directly support NOAA's mission. Participants conduct
research at a NOAA facility during two paid summer internships.
This is a scholarship opportunity for young women or gender non-conforming individuals
of color who are actively working to change the world. Applicants must be young women
or gender non-conforming individuals of color who are currently enrolled or who will
begin college. This scholarship is intended for undergraduate students.
The Jackie Robinson Foundation provides a multi-faceted experience designed to not
only address the financial needs of students who aspire to attend college but to guide
them through the process of higher education. Be a graduating, minority high school
senior, present evidence of financial need, demonstrate a record of academic excellence,
demonstrate leadership potential and a dedication to community service, and not possess
a degree from, or be enrolled in, a 2 or 4鈥搚ear college when applying.
The Leon Bradley Scholarship Program was established to encourage more minorities
or persons of color to enter the field of teaching and school leadership. AASPA will
annually award up to two scholarships to assist a minority candidate seeking his/her
initial teaching certification endorsement. Each scholarship will be given in the
amount of $3,500.00.
Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholarship Program is an integral part of our diversity
recruiting efforts helping to attract Black, Hispanic, Native American, and LGBT college
juniors and sophomores. If selected as an RBF Scholar, you will receive a financial
scholarship for exceptional academic achievement and a summer internship with Morgan
Stanley. We encourage students of all majors and disciplines to apply.
The GBHEM scholarship application opens in January of each year. You can only submit
one application per year where it will be screened for all possible eligible programs.
For decades, the Legal Defense Fund鈥檚 (LDF) scholarship programs have provided financial
assistance to those who had been denied access to higher education for generations.
The Herbert Lehman Scholarship and the Earl Warren Scholarship guaranteed for many
able Black undergraduate students and law students that the battles to end segregation
in education would not be undermined by financial need.
The Ron Brown Scholarship honors the legacy of Ronald H. Brown through a selective
scholarship program that advances higher education for community-minded and intellectually
gifted African Americans. RBSP competitively awards 45 鈥 50 four-year $40,000 scholarships
($10,000 each year) to the most talented and economically-challenged high school seniors
who demonstrate a keen interest in public service, community engagement, business
entrepreneurship and global citizenship. Recipients may use the renewable scholarships
to attend an accredited four-year college or university of their choice within the
United States. Ron Brown scholarships are not limited to any specific field or career
objective and may be used to pursue any academic discipline.
Scholarship awards range from one-time $2,500 awards to multi-year $20,000 awards.
APIA Scholars provides scholarships to underserved APIA students with a special focus
on those who: live at or below the poverty level, or are otherwise of low socioeconomic
status; are the first in their families to attend college; are representative of the
APIA community鈥檚 diversity, (geographically and ethnically), especially those ethnicities
that have been underrepresented on college campuses due to limited access and opportunity;
and have placed a strong emphasis on community service and leadership as well as solid
academic achievement.
Coordinate several scholarship programs that provide financial support to undergraduate
and graduate students. Each program is tailored to reflect the donor鈥檚 personal interests,
whether targeted to specific ethnicities, career paths, or backgrounds.
Between ten and twenty scholarships ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 each are being awarded
every year to high school seniors nationwide for their post-secondary education.
Funds are aimed to help recipients finance their college tuition, and there are three
tiers. Tier 1 recipients will be awarded either $100,000, $50,000 or $25,000. Tier
2 recipients will receive $20,000 or $10,000 and Tier 3 recipients $5,000. Recipients
are selected based on their academic achievement, community involvement and financial
need.
The Association's Scholarships are provided to students twice per year until they
graduate if they maintain a 2.5 GPA and attend full-time. Our mission is to support
students who are connected to their Tribal Nation and Indian Country and wish to utilize
their degree to serve their Nations.

The American Indian College Fund provides scholarships to American Indian and Alaska
Native college students seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees at tribal colleges,
nonprofit, and accredited schools. Any Native American U.S. citizen that is a member
or descendant of a state or federally recognized tribe with at least a 2.0 grade point
average and enrolled as a full-time student can apply for a scholarship.
Provide scholarship funds for students who demonstrate academic achievement, clearly
defined goals, leadership, the determination to succeed, and the desire to return
to their communities and help others realize their dreams. We assist Indian schools
in preparing students for success in college.
The Chickasaw Nation is economically strong, culturally vibrant, and full of energetic
people dedicated to the preservation of family, community and heritage.
This organization offers several scholarships, with differing requirements for Native
American residents.
The Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship is available to Osage students pursuing
post-secondary education at the associate level or beyond. A wide range of educational
choices is supported, including associates, bachelors, masters, and doctoral degree
programs at accredited schools. Students must maintain a minimum grade point average
(GPA) of a 2.0 and be in good standing to remain eligible for scholarship funding
The USET Education Committee will award all selected undergraduate applicants an equal
amount in any award period. In addition, the USET Education Committee will award all
selected graduate applicants an equal amount in any award period.
The ZECDC Tribal Scholarship is a Need Based Scholarship and is supplemental to all
other financial aid a student receives it is not considered an entitlement and is
not automatically awarded based your enrollment with the Zuni Tribe.

The SEED Foundation's SEED Scholar Program is proud to support Indian youth with scholarships
for higher education. The SEED Scholar program has now developed into one of the largest
scholarship programs run by Indians for Indian youth.
