The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 性色视频 has partnered with Helm Inc., a leading technology and services provider serving the automotive aftermarket, to initiate a collaborative research project to create 鈥渄ata-driven consumer insights.鈥 With substantial undergraduate students鈥 involvement, this project investigates consumer attitudes and preferences toward extended warranties across multiple product lines and identifies the key factors driving consumer decisions to adopt extended service programs.

The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 性色视频 announces the selection of three distinguished industry leaders to be inducted into its inaugural, newly minted 鈥淏eyond鈥 Hall of Fame. The inaugural group of inductees will be recognized for their visionary leadership and outstanding contributions to the Barton School and community during an induction celebration on February 17, 2024.

Peri Widener

After two years of success, the Widener Global Leaders Program led by the W. Frank Barton School of Business will continue for the next five years. The continuation of the program is made possible by a $300,000 gift from Peri Widener, the visionary behind the program. WGLP is an interdisciplinary program designed to create a transformational experience and foster an inclusive community for women majoring in business, communications and fine arts. The integration of the three disciplines reflects the skillset of Peri Widener, who utilized her background to thrive in the international business world.

Envision Arts Program featured artist Nick Wooding

Another artist who is visually impaired has their work on display at Woolsey Hall, the home of the W. Frank Barton School of Business at 性色视频 in partnership with the Envision Arts Program. Nick Wooding, who is also blind and uses a wheelchair, is the newest Barton School featured artist. His mixed media pieces can be found of the third floor of Woolsey Hall and can be viewed any time during operating hours.

2023 Future Barton School Rudd Scholarship Winners: Hayden Hartung, Isabella Kilman, Zain Maknojia, Erik Moreno and Jade Simeona

Five 性色视频 Rudd Scholars will be pursuing a degree with the W. Frank Barton School of Business. The Rudd Scholarship, sponsored by the Rudd Foundation, provides each recipient with a full-ride scholarship, including tuition, fees and on-campus housing. Rudd Scholars are also provided with networking and coaching support throughout college.

鈥淓ntrepreneur鈥 Sculpture in Woolsey Hall

Woolsey Hall, the new building for the W. Frank Barton School of Business at 性色视频, is now home to the Chris Brunner sculpture titled, 鈥淭he Entrepreneur.鈥 Standing eight feet tall and three feet wide, this powerful piece serves as a sentinel and guardian at the entrance to the Frank A. Boettger Auditorium. Made of limestone and steel, 鈥淭he Entrepreneur鈥 is a modern, imposing, and approachable work of art.

Kayla Atkinson and Caleb Lowry

The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 性色视频 has chosen two recipients to receive the 2023 Professor Fran Jabara Scholarship in Entrepreneurship. This year鈥檚 winners are Kayla Atkinson from Andover Central High School and Caleb Lowry from Eisenhower High School. They will each receive more than $32,500 spread over four years to attend WSU and major in entrepreneurship.
