JAMS is a leader in international coordination of research, development, and standardization for structures constructed from composites and advanced materials. The common goal of this joint center, as with the other COEs, is to create a cost-sharing academic, industrial, and governmental partnership.

Joint Advanced Materials & Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS) 2025 Technical Review

Industry, government and academic collaborators are invited to attend the 2025 Joint Advanced Materials & Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS) Technical Review held in conjunction with SAMPE 2025.This review allows JAMS researchers and the FAA to focus their research efforts appropriately to the needs of industry. It includes reviews from the Center of Excellence for Composites and Advanced Materials (CECAM) at 性色视频 and the  (AMTAS) at the .

The Center of Excellence for Composites and Advanced Materials (CECAM) is a division of the FAA鈥檚 Joint Advanced Materials and Structure Center of Excellence, established in 2004 to assist in ensuring the safe and reliable application of composites and advanced materials to commercial aircraft.

In December 2003, the Federal Aviation Administration announced a joint award to the University of Washington and 性色视频 to create a new FAA Joint Advanced Materials and Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS).
