Eligibility: All undergraduate students in good academic standing are eligible to participate either individually or as a team. Undergraduate research and creative activity must be completed during the summer 2024, fall 2024, or spring 2025 semesters.

Requirements: Students must submit an abstract (see abstract instructions). Student presentations may include material that has been or will be presented elsewhere. Students are responsible for providing and transporting any necessary equipment and/or materials needed for their presentation.

Poster Presentation:  The posters will be displayed on tables, so make sure that the posters are in free-standing (or tri-fold posters). Space is limited, so the posters, as displayed, must be no more than 48鈥 wide. In-house electricity will not be available, so students should provide their own batteries if electricity is necessary for the poster presentation. Students should be stationed at his or her poster during the viewing session.

Posters should be set up before the viewing session. Posters must be the work of the student or student group, and no copyrighted materials may be used.

Poster presentation categories are divided into three separate competitive groupings: humanities & social sciences which includes Business , natural sciences & engineering, and applied sciences. Students from all six colleges are encouraged to present.

Concurrent high school students are encouraged to submit their research for presentation and should follow the abstract submission instructions to apply.

Awards:  Graduate school will award $1000 to top 10 students as a student credit, if students enroll to graduate studies at WSU!
