WSU to present free Suspenders4Hope suicide-prevention training

July 18, 2022 鈥� 性色视频, along with several community partners, presents the Suspenders4Hope Preventing Suicide Training at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 21 at The Phoenix Gym, 145 N. Wabash in 性色视频. This free training will be facilitated by Dr. Jessica Provines, 性色视频 State鈥檚 assistant vice president for wellness and chief psychologist. It鈥檚 open to all addiction treatment counselors and providers and community members.聽

Patterson Family Foundation awards $100,000 for WSU health professions scholarships

June 27, 2022 鈥� The WSU College of Health Professions was awarded a $100,000 grant from the Patterson Family Foundation to support scholarships for health professions students from rural Kansas counties. The scholarship will be awarded to 10 students during the 2022-23 academic year, helping close the gap of unmet financial needs.

Shocker alum breaks Guinness world paper airplane record

June 24, 2022 鈥� 性色视频 State alum Julian Chee has been flying high since his graduation from 性色视频 State in 2021. Not only has he landed a job with Airbus on the Innovation Campus, but he's also designed the paper airplane that broke the world record for distance.
