Tables and Chairs
Tables and chairs can be requested from University Event Services[BROKEN LINK]. Please contact University Event Services[BROKEN LINK] by phone at 316-978-3475 or letsmeet@wichita.edu to request these items.
For instances where Event Services[BROKEN LINK] does not have the requested type of tables/chairs (i.e. cocktail tables) or cannot accommodate your request due to other events on campus, we recommend calling the below vendors.

Custodian Services
For large events please notify the WSU Physical Plant for extra trash cans and custodial services. The WSU Physical Plant can be contacted by phone at 316-978-3444.
