If audio/visual equipment is needed, Media Resources Center should be contacted at 316-978-3588 or you can submit an online request
All requests should be submitted no less than 1 week in advance for support to avoid a late reservation fee.
Audio/Visual Technical Questions and Event Staffing
For technical issues and/or if you want Media Resources staff on site during your event, this can be arranged when making the media resources reservation.
