Overview
Yvette serves as CohnReznick's Practice Leader for Risk Advisory Services. Yvette serves as an overall Client Relationshipand Engagement Partner and has ultimate responsibility for the Risk Advisory Practice.
She has over 25 years of domestic and international risk management experience. Yvette provides strategic, enterprise, and operational advisory services to commercial and public sector organizations maturing their risk management programs; helping them achieve strategic goals and meet operational objectives through improved risk insights. She designs risk frameworks applicable and work on complex compliance matters. She is a recognized enterprise governance, risk and compliance leader known for helping large organizations pursue value based initiatives to improve the likelihood they achieve key performance indicators and optimize risk managementframeworks.
Yvette has built and implemented ERM and Compliance frameworks at Fortune 500 and R(1) research institutions, as well as leading projects involving Credit, Liquidity, Operational, Strategic and Reputational risk assessments and analytics. She has been instrumental in driving thought leadership around emerging risk measurement techniquesand prioritization of risk strategies that improve bottom line performance. In 2013, Business Insurance magazine named Yvette as one of the global "Women to Watch" in Risk Management. In 2009, Treasury and Risk named Yvette to its prestigious"40 under 40 list."
Yvette is a published author and regularly speaks at risk management conferences. She was a keynote speaker at the American Banking Association ERM conference in January 2020 and provided the Keynote at GAM (internal audit) in 2022 on Enterprise Risk Assessments and Control testing.
