Auryona is interested in filmmaking, creative writing, visual and performing arts. She is an avid collaborator at Shocker Studios and dedicates most of her time to individual training, study, and conceptualizing media projects. Currently, she is involved with the conception of an animation pilot, audio drama, and several video games. Her hobbies include character design, worldbuilding, singing, film criticism, and sculpture. Auryona enjoys supporting her community through her skills as an artist. Through the role of artistic strategist on multiple projects, Auryona developed 5 years of management, curation, and teamwork-specific skills. Combined, she has fourteen years of mentorship experience working in creative and educational environments for theatre, graphic, media, and literary arts, most recently with KCRep鈥檚 annual SYTE program.
Joining Widener-GLP excites Auryona as she yearns for mentorship and collaboration with a diverse set of peers. She is eager to join a community where her vulnerability will be embraced by an assembly of women who face similar challenges.
Auryona Webb is currently a practicing actor (voice-over, mocap & film) and plans to give voice and image to narratives. She dreams to be able to give voice to true-crime and nature documentaries. She aspires to start her own digital venues of entertainment, so she is excited to learn from business-minded peers to make that dream a reality.
