WSU Center for Real Estate to release 2025 Kansas Housing Markets Forecast series

ɫƵ’s Center for Real Estate will present the 2025 Kansas Housing Markets Forecast at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Kansas Association of Realtors Annual Conference at the Marriott Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas.

Stan Longhofer, director of WSU’s Center for Real Estate, will present the forecast. He will be available for interviews after his presentation at about 11:30 a.m.

Longhofer can be available for interviews by appointment on Tuesday, Oct. 1 for media outlets agreeing to the embargo below.

The 2025 Kansas Housing Markets Forecast series reviews current housing market conditions in the major markets across the state – including Kansas City, Lawrence, Manhattan, Topeka and ɫƵ – and forecasts housing market activity through the end of 2025. The series also includes Housing Outlooks for 10 smaller markets across the state.

Advance copies of each of the reports and interviews with the author will be made available to media outlets that agree to embargo the release of the study’s information until 12:01 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3.
